About the Role
* Provide exceptional customer experiences from initial engagement through to delivery.
You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting vehicles, arranging test drives, negotiating deals, and ensuring loyalty and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers with vehicle selection
* Presentation and demonstration of new and used GWM vehicles
* Safe and professional test drive conduct
* Negotiation of sales, completion of paperwork, and delivery of vehicles
* Maintenance of product knowledge, attendance at training sessions, and meeting monthly targets
* Outstanding after-sales care and follow-up
