Key Responsibilities

* Handle client feedback and incidents, using this information to drive continuous improvement.
* Support care staff in maintaining commitment to Prestige's goals and objectives.
* Manage relationships with broker partners and ensure compliance with organisational standards.
This role requires experience in service delivery, coordination, scheduling, communication, negotiation, prioritisation, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and computer literacy.
