About the Role
The successful applicant will efficiently and effectively manage all aspects of one retail site to maximise sales and profitability.
You will lead, grow and develop a team of paid employees and volunteers, ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided every day, in every interaction.
Key responsibilities include embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards, role-modeling a 'safety first' culture in our stores, planning and managing the financial performance of the store, and building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community.
About You
* Excellent people leadership and management abilities are essential.
* Strong interpersonal skills are required for effective communication and collaboration.
* Solid technical skills and experience using Workday HCM system are necessary for success.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are also required.
