Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented administrative professional to provide support to our operations team.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and timely manner
* Entering job data and uploading reports into client portals
* Assisting the team with scheduling, job updates, and site logistics
* Booking subcontractors and confirming site access requirements
* Raising and sending purchase orders to suppliers
* Processing incoming orders and assisting with material tracking
* Liaising with tradesmen and clients to ensure clear communication of job updates

Requirements:

* Administrative Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
