What you'll do
* Lead interior design across hospitality, aged‐care and hotel projects, guiding concepts from initial ideas through to delivery.
* Presenting concepts to clients, managing feedback and maintaining strong relationships will give you valuable influence over the final outcomes. You'll also coordinate closely with architects, engineers and builders to keep everything aligned with budget, buildability and design intent.
* Mentoring junior and mid‐level designers will be a key part of your impact, helping develop their skills while maintaining the high quality of the studio's output. You'll also contribute to business development through proposals and pitches, helping to grow the practice.
* Staying up-to-date with design trends, materials and technologies in hospitality and aged‐care will let you bring fresh ideas into the studio, keeping projects innovative and relevant.

What you'll need
* Bachelor's or Master's in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related field
* Proven experience leading interior design projects in hospitality, aged‐care or similar sectors
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and manage teams
* Commercial awareness and understanding of Australian building codes, accessibility standards and operational requirements
