Special Education Needs Teacher Role
The successful SEN Teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the complex needs of all pupils. This role is ideal for a qualified teacher who has experience working with pupils who require additional support in an educational setting.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of all pupils
* Collaborate with the class team to provide learning opportunities and promote positive behaviors
* Report on pupil progress and concerns, and communicate effectively with other school staff to ensure pupils' needs are met
* Supervise pupils during non-classroom time, including extracurricular activities and school trips
* Built strong relationships with pupils to drive interaction and positive learning outcomes
Key Requirements:
* Qualified teacher with experience working with SEN pupils
