We are currently seeking an Aussie (Native) Female NDIS Support Worker, preferably in her late 40's, to provide consistent, person-centred support to a participant located in Sunbury, Melbourne.
This role is perfect for a compassionate, patient, and reliable support worker who values routine, stability, and building strong rapport with participants. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares, takes pride in their work, and can provide ongoing, dependable support.
Shift Details:
* Monday to Sunday
* 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (7-hour shifts)
About the Role:
* Provide person-centred care and daily living support
* Assist with personal care and household tasks as required
* Support community access and engagement
* Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
* Build a positive and trusting relationship with the participant
About You:
* Experienced NDIS Support Worker
* Mature, calm, and patient nature
* Strong communication skills
* Reliable and committed to long-term consistency
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Valid Driver's Licence (preferred)
