As Our Systems Support Analyst, you will contribute to delivering reliable IT services and supporting biosecurity-related systems within the Queensland environment.
Responsibilities
 * Receive, log, and manage service requests and incidents across various bespoke applications, inclusive of mobile devices and hardware, ensuring timely and effective information sharing and resolution.
 * Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement changes, and maintain optimal system functionality.
 * Monitor and analyse enterprise system and hardware trends, identifying recurring issues and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
 * Contribute to the development and application of support standards to track, escalate, and resolve issues effectively, including coordination with subject matter experts when necessary.
 * Support the integrity and reliability of service delivery systems for the National Fire Ant Eradication Program by conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on technology updates or scheduled releases.
 * Ensure database accuracy through regular investigation, validation and cleansing of data records.
 * Assist in refining internal processes and documentation by contributing to the enhancement of procedures, UAT protocols, and general administrative operations.
 * Actively contribute to the development and update of application training packages and instructional materials for internal stakeholder audience.
Qualifications
 * Experience in customer service roles, preferably in an information systems support environment.
 * Experience in hardware and tablet support.
 * Experience in Atlassian JIRA service management, Confluence and Microsoft Sharepoint.
 * ITILv4 certification.
