A rare opportunity is available for an exceptional Guest Service Agent to join our team on a casual basis with option for a part time role depending on availability. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of this great team, being the face of the business, and contributing to the overall success of the brand.
Reporting to the Front Office Team Leader, you will be responsible for demonstrating friendly, personalised customer service in responding to accommodation enquiries from corporate and leisure guests, promoting the business to generate and close sales, processing reservations, communicating sales leads to the Business Development Executive, and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for customer service, a superb telephone manner, strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience with front office booking systems, strong attention to detail, and high standards of personal presentation.
Previous experience in front office/reception in a hotel environment would be ideal, but not essential, experience with RMS property management systems would be very highly regarded, as would qualifications in hospitality, travel or tourism.

Applicants must be available on a rotating roster, working both morning and evening shifts and on weekends.
