The School of History (CASS) at ANU seeks to appoint a Lecturer in History. Applicants working at the forefront of gender history, on periods between the 12thand 18thcenturies, and on regions beyond Europe and Australia are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, collegial and collaborative, research active, and capable of contributing to courses on imperialism, colonialism, and historiography. The appointee will be expected to carry out world‐leading research regularly resulting in publications in leading venues, supervise honours, masters, and PhD students, apply for external grants, and actively engage in the governance of the school and college through meaningful service contributions.
