Your Role As a Care Service Employee, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to live well by providing high-quality, person-centred care.
You will build genuine connections and contribute to the wellbeing, dignity, and comfort of each resident.
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Partnering with residents to help them achieve their goals through the implementation of individual care plans.
Demonstrating kindness and respect while assisting with personal and daily care, including showering, shaving, dressing, general cleaning, mobility support, meals, and activities of interest.
Supporting resident independence by understanding the things that matter most to them and their families.
Reporting progress, changes, requests, or concerns to your supervisor or manager in a timely manner.
