The Role:
* Manage assigned insolvency and restructuring engagements from commencement through to completion
* Take a leading role across Voluntary Administrations, Liquidations, Receiverships and Small Business Restructures
* Work directly with Registered Liquidators on complex corporate recovery and restructuring matters
* Conduct investigations, financial analysis and prepare statutory reports across a broad range of appointments
* Monitor compliance obligations and ensure all statutory deadlines are met
* Conduct director, bankrupt and stakeholder interviews
* Coordinate asset realisations with agents, valuers and auctioneers
* Liaise with banks, lawyers, regulators and other key stakeholders
* Prepare financial models, investigative reports and stakeholder communications
* Review work prepared by junior team members and provide technical guidance
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ongoing team capability development
About You:
* 3+ years' experience within corporate insolvency or restructuring
* Degree qualified in Accounting, Business, Commerce or a related discipline
* CAANZ or CPA qualified (or currently completing)
* Strong technical knowledge of corporate insolvency legislation and appointment processes
* Excellent report writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
* Confident communicator with experience liaising with external stakeholders
* Commercially minded with strong professional judgement and integrity
* Motivated to continue developing your technical and professional expertise
