We are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to make a difference in the lives of our clients. As a leader in your field, you will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner.
About the Role
This is an important leadership position that requires exceptional clinical skills and the ability to foster the development of others within the team. On a daily basis, you will be assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
* You will interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant and assist with guiding, collaborating with and reflecting with junior staff members.
* Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance is also an essential aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner.
2. Assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current registration (or eligibility for registration) with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Experience in delivering person-centred Occupational Therapy services.
* Demonstrated at least 3 years clinical OT experience within community, rehabilitation and/or paediatrics.
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Current and valid Working with Children and Police Checks.
* Valid Driver's license and access to reliable motor vehicle.
* The ability to work independently.
