Physiotherapist – Senior Clinician Community Programs – Grampians Health (GH) at Home Permanent Part time, 45.6 hours/fortnight About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an innovative, enthusiastic and experienced senior clinician physiotherapist to influence and continue developing the multi-disciplinary services and model of care in the GH at Home program. As the successful candidate you will have experience in leading high functioning teams. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will welcome the challenges involved in developing an evolving service, which utilize your highly developed problem solving, negotiating and time management skills. You will have a passion for developing others through clinical supervision, mentoring, training and role modelling. You will have a broad range of clinical expertise to manage clients in the community with acute, subacute and chronic conditions You will enjoy a very friendly, team-oriented place to work, where there is a strong commitment to providing high-quality evidence-based care.
