About the Role
As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will:
* Support operational workforce planning aligned with strategic objectives.
* Ensure HR systems and frameworks enable best practice and compliance.
* Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and industrial relations matters.
* Lead initiatives that enhance staff health, wellbeing, and productivity.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development strategies.
* Manage the learning and development programs, including training.
* Manage workplace health and safety programs, return-to-work processes, and WorkCover compliance.
* Deliver strategic and operational HR services to managers and employees.
* Develop workforce plans to support retention, succession planning, and organisational growth.
* Drive organisational culture initiatives, including the annual People Matter Survey.
* Ensure compliance with gender equality legislation and industrial relations obligations.
* Implement innovative staff wellbeing solutions and safety frameworks.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of HR systems, workforce planning, and industrial relations.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Ability to lead organisational development and change management initiatives.
* A proactive approach to health, safety, and wellbeing programs.
