NWAS is a dynamic company looking for skilled and experienced Broome & Kununurra residents to fill full-time advanced customer service and/or baggage handling roles in order to assist with the delivery of ground handling services at Broome Airport and Kununurra Airport.

NWAS are looking for an unwavering team player with experience and excellent communication skills to fill the full-time role of Operations and Client Experience Officer (Aviation) at Broome Airport and Kununurra Airport.
The Operations and Client Experience Officer (Aviation) is responsible for:
* Coordinating aircraft ground handling operations and turnarounds;
* Providing frontline customer service to airline clients, flight crew, and passengers;
* Ensuring compliance with aviation safety, security, and airport operating procedures;
* Managing baggage handling, passenger movements, and flight documentation;
* Liaising with airport authorities, airlines, and charter operators.
Successful applicant must:
* Have minimum 12 months experience in similar role and hold advanced skills.
* Be a strong Team Player
* Have excellent communication skills
* Hold a current WA driver's license
* Be available to work outside normal shift/flight times if required
* Hold a strong focus on safety & security awareness
* Have a good sense of humour
