RPS is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented
ERP Project Administrator
to join our market-leading Project Management division. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role supporting the delivery of some of Australia's largest and most complex projects.

While this role can be based in
Melbourne, Canberra
or
Brisbane
, we have a strong preference for candidates located in
Adelaide
or
Sydney
due to business requirements.

In this role, you will provide project administration support across the full project lifecycle, working closely with Project Managers and operational teams to ensure projects are accurately established, monitored and maintained within the ERP system. You will play a key role in financial administration, reporting, documentation control and process compliance, contributing to the overall health and success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain projects in the ERP system, including budgets, tracking actuals and performing basic variance analysis.
* Assist Project Managers with project setup (WBS, resource allocations, project folders).
* Validate vendor and sub-consultant invoices and support timely and accurate client invoicing.
* Manage purchase orders and requisition updates.
* Maintain project documentation, reports and knowledge base materials.
* Ensure ERP processes and data governance standards are followed.
* Produce recurring and ad hoc operational reports (e.g. invoice status, cost summaries).
* Capture meeting minutes and drive closure of action items.
* Support audit readiness, confidentiality and compliance requirements.

About You
You are proactive, solutions-focused and thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment. You bring strong financial administration skills and a high level of attention to detail.

You Will Ideally Have

* Experience in project administration, project finance or ERP support.
* Exposure to Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems (highly regarded).
* Strong understanding of project accounting concepts and WIP management.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Experience in professional services or engineering projects (desirable).
* Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable).
