The Role
We're seeking a passionate Trainer and Assessor to deliver centre-based training in Early Learning Centres in the ACT. You'll manage the full student learning experience, including mentoring and workplace assessment.
Whether you're an experienced Trainer or a Director/Supervisor or Ed Leader with strong people skills and a passion for education—we'll support and induct you to deliver training excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver CHC30121 and CHC50121 training and assessment in leading early learning centres
* Conduct workplace assessments and mark theoretical units
* Provide exceptional student support and foster a culture of excellence
