Band 1 - base salary of $62,167 per annum (plus super) TasNetworks has a number of traineeship opportunities for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic Customer Services and Connection Services teams.
As a Customer Service Trainee, you'll play an important role in supporting our customers and delivering a great service experience.
Throughout your traineeship, you'll: Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email and digital channels
Process service requests and maintain accurate customer records
Provide timely and clear customer communication, especially during power outages
Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues, building strong working relationships
Ensure data accuracy in line with National Electricity Market requirements
Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems About you We're looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, organised and eager to learn.
You'll also bring: Great verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
The ability to manage your time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
