Job Description
You'll be working within a varied, complex role with one of Capgemini's valued customers onsite in Port Kembla, NSW, working with an accomplished team in a collaborative atmosphere.
You will provide onsite and remote desktop support by responding to and resolving incidents and service requests whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and investigate, diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults related to end-user devices.
* Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows), hardware troubleshooting, networking concepts, and basic Intune skills
* Providing End User device technical support and a customer-oriented service experience.
* Managing the technical hub for walk-up requests
* Troubleshooting desktops laptops and tablets running a Windows OS (10 and 11).
* Working within Azure AD and Intune(MDM)
* Working with and troubleshooting common enterprise applications (MS Office 365, Adobe, etc..)
* Troubleshooting AV devices in meeting rooms
* Ability to work with composure and professionalism when dealing with multiple demands
* Minimum 2 years experience with troubleshooting end user issues in a corporate environment
* ITIL v3 Intune or relevant technical qualifications highly regarded
Job Description - Grade Specific
* Demonstrated IT knowledge and minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT support position,.
* Working knowledge of Windows based systems, Intune with experience in the maintenance and support of HP laptops.
* At least 2 years IT support experience using and supporting the Microsoft 365 Suite, Active Directory, Windows devices and printers.
* Excellent understanding of computing hardware and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly and methodically troubleshoot IT issues.
* Excellent understanding of the ITIL framework.
* Excellent customer service skills.
