Assistant Coordinator Position
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and has strong communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
* Managing a service at a primary school before and after school hours, aged 5-12 years, with support from a state-specific office and regional managers.
* Key responsibilities include developing and facilitating child-centered programs, fostering healthy relationships, leading a team of Educators, and managing day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the service, including managing staff, maintaining quality programs, and promoting a positive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Must enjoy working with kids, have strong communication skills, and be a team player with a desire to become a service leader.
* Hold or willing to obtain national police check, state check, relevant qualification for working with kids, and Australian work rights.
