**About the Job**
The Delivery Support Lead for Oracle Consulting ANZ will be supporting the business in Delivery and Workforce Planning. You'll build tools and analytics to support Portfolio Managers and Resource Managers to effectively manage projects, resource demand, and supply with a focus on controlling overall costs and improving margins.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Help the ANZ OC team in Portfolio Analytics, Capacity and Capability planning
- Lead operations support for Portfolio and Resource management teams
- Help in optimizing costs and identifying optimal Delivery mix
- Develop Jira tools, dashboards, and analytics to support the business
- Identify process gaps and suggest the best alternatives, implement the changes
- Provide strategic directions around forecasting demand and skillsets
- Organize and conduct internal trainings, as needed
- Manage a team of offshore analysts
- University degree with relevant experience
- Minimum 10 years' experience in delivery Support and strategic workforce planning in a consulting organization
- Experience in preparing and analysing large sets of data
- Advanced MS Excel, VBA, Python skills
- Experience in data visualization and BI tools
- Experience in JIRA development
- Relevant experience in leading and coaching offshore team
- Strong Project Management skills
- Ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines
- Ability to work closely with multiple functions
- **Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills**:
- Knowledge of Oracle's products and services, business practices desired
