The Role
This is a multi-faceted role suited to someone with strong experience in the exhibition and events industry who understands both the sales and operational side of exhibition builds.
The successful candidate will manage client relationships, generate new business, and oversee onsite exhibition build and bump-in/bump-out operations to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships with exhibition organisers, agencies, and exhibitors
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Prepare quotes, proposals, and exhibition packages
* Manage exhibitor enquiries and account requirements
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Oversee onsite exhibition builds including bump-in and bump-out
* Ensure builds are completed safely, on time, and to client specifications
* Provide expert advice on exhibition stand systems and event infrastructure
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Proven experience in exhibition sales, account management, or event operations
* Strong knowledge of exhibition systems including:
o Octanorm
o Black Maxima
o Corinthian walling
o Exhibition furniture and accessories
* Experience managing onsite exhibition builds or site operations
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* A proactive approach to client service and problem solving
* Ability to work flexible hours during event periods
