About the Role:
As a Sales and Customer Support Specialist, you will be the key connection point between our customers, branches, and internal teams. Based at our Head Office in Kilsyth, you will provide essential sales, administrative, and technical support to our wholesale network, dealership partners, and customer base across Victoria and Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to sales enquiries via phone and email from retail customers, wholesale partners, and automotive dealerships
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of all enquiries
* Provide product guidance, technical support, and basic troubleshooting via phone and email
* Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication and relationship building
* Maintain a strong customer-first approach, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
* Deliver consistent aftersales and warranty support where required
About You:
* Strong customer service mindset, with a focus on responsiveness, follow-through, and delivering a high-quality experience
* Excellent communication skills (phone and written) and high attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Experience in or a strong passion for the automotive or outdoor lifestyle.
* Confidence using Outlook, Word, Excel other systems, with a high level of accuracy
* Exhibit strong organisational and follow-up skills, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and on time
