Dolfinwise is a high performing boutique financial advice firm based in Spring Hill. We service a range of private clients including pre and post retirees, business owners and high net worth individuals.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Client Services Manager located in Spring Hill Brisbane QLD. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks including the implementation and follow up of financial advice.
The role involves managing client interactions completing applications and implementing investment trades. It also requires utilizing analytical skills to assess client needs and conduct research.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will need to possess:
* Strong Analytical skills
* Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
* Highly Numerate
* Ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
A Bachelor's degree in Business Commerce Finance Financial Planning Economics or a related field is essential. Additional skills or interest in AI or marketing would be highly regarded.
