We're growing fast — and now we're looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our team and drive the next stage of our business expansion.
About the Role
As General Manager, you'll oversee all day-to-day operations across finance, production, sales, marketing, and customer experience. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, hands-on environment and can balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
You'll work closely with the owners to set direction, implement systems, and ensure every caravan that leaves our factory reflects our commitment to quality, performance, and adventure.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all operational areas: production, sales, service, and administration.
* Develop and execute business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and brand strength.
* Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are consistently met.
* Build and mentor a high-performing team culture built on accountability and pride.
* Implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and scalability.
* Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting.
* Represent the Boss Adventure brand with professionalism and passion.

You're a confident, capable leader with a strong operational and commercial background. You know how to get the best out of people, systems, and resources — and you take pride in leading by example.
