We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent organisational and communication skills to join our Customer Service Team at our Head Office in Bayswater.

All relevant on the job training will be provided to ensure all tasks are adhered to in the most efficient and effective manner.
Position is permanent full time on-site, Monday to Friday and reports directly to the Customer Service Manager for immediate start.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Answering incoming calls and emails
• Processing sales orders and invoicing
• Providing superior customer service and administrative support
• Managing Customer queries, (range, pricing, availability)
• Sales support

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Competent in Excel and Word
A salary suitable to the position will be negotiated subject to experience and qualifications.
