Duty Manager Opportunity
Our team is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospitality venues. This key role involves ensuring the smooth running of the venues and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of venue operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, financial reporting, and health and safety compliance.
* Lead a high-performing team of hospitality professionals to deliver excellent customer service.
* Implement effective systems and procedures to optimize venue efficiency and profitability.
* Identify and address operational issues or concerns to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive footfall and revenue.
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, local authorities, and the local community.
Requirements:
* Substantial experience (1+ years) in a Duty Manager role within the hospitality industry.
* Proven track record of working with high-performing teams.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
* Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
* Approved Manager's Certificate required for this role.
