We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Melbourne Airport. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients.
Job Description:
The Customer Service Specialist will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing warm welcomes and professional valet services. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide professional valet services
* Provide assistance with customer queries and concerns
* Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently
* Organize and file paperwork related to customer transactions
* Assist the Online Concierge Team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous customer service experience
* A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
* Full manual VIC driver's license and a clean driving record
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
