Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused representative to join our team as a retail service officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Sell products and services to customers through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
* Process cash transactions and manage high-value payments accurately
* Conduct and process identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews
* Assist customers with mail lodgements and associated costs
* BUILD rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences
Requirements:
* You must have experience in customer service and/or cash handling
* You should be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift
