Project Leader Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in making a positive impact on the world.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that projects are executed within budget and reporting requirements.
* Implement and maintain an effective Quality & OHS management system consistent with legislative requirements and company policies.
* Liaise closely with clients to ensure projects are performed in a compliant, honest and professional manner to achieve overall customer satisfaction.
* Manage a team of crane operators, riggers, and subcontractors to provide quality workmanship at a reasonable cost while upholding our core values and culture.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or an equivalent combination of technical qualifications and relevant industry experience.
* Project Management certification is desirable.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* 5 or more years' experience in Project Management with a focus on Construction and wind industry experience is highly desirable.
* Training in Contract Management or Project Management.
* Experience managing $20m+ projects.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage budgets and timelines.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Solid knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
