We're recruiting for an Accounts Payable Officer to join a close-knit finance team in a fast-paced and evolving environment. With strong systems, hands-on leadership, and a stable ownership structure, this is a great opportunity to work across premium property assets and contribute to a values-driven culture.
The Company: This privately-owned property group has been acquiring, developing, and managing commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed-use assets since the 1970's. With over four decades of history and a pipeline of city-shaping projects, the business continues to grow and diversify, with a strong leadership presence onsite.

What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years of accounts payable experience, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
* Exposure to MRI (PMX), Nexus, or MyBuildings highly regarded.
* Experience in property would be desirable.
* Proactive, professional, and able to work autonomously while collaborating across teams.
