Responsibilities:
* Lead and grow the sales team to exceed targets through coaching and collaboration
* Promote a safe, engaged, and communicative workplace aligned with hotel goals
* Manage event sales professionally by responding promptly, building client relationships, upselling thoughtfully, and ensuring smooth coordination and accurate documentation
* Drive revenue through strategic sales, client retention, and market insights
* Ensure accuracy, team alignment via data management, financial compliance, and regular planning and brand support
About You:
* Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
* Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)
* Immediate starter with 2–5 years' hotel industry experience and operational insight
* A proactive team player ready to lead, learn, and grow within a dynamic, evolving team environment
* A savvy leader with EQ, multitasking magic, and a passion for training, teamwork, and embracing change
