About the role The Administration Office will be required to provide administration and reception support to the Children's Audiology Service departments in addition to supporting the administration needs of the Children's Audiology Service Manager.
Key duties of the role Respond empathetically to families who may have concerns regarding their child's hearing abilities.
Ensure appointments are entered onto the database (Sunrise) in a timely manner and appointment letters sent out.
Prepare for meetings including agendas and supporting documentation as well as booking and the setting up of equipment Courteous and prompt handling of enquires, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
Skills and Experience Previous experience in a clerical/secretarial/data entry role using Sunrise (Electronic Medical Records) Previous experience in the provision of a front-line customer focussed service.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Use judgement and respond to unusual circumstances in assisting with all enquiries while working under continuous pressure.
Be able to multi-task, set priorities, work to deadlines and perform all duties effectively with a high level of accuracy.
