We are seeking a professional to support existing small business owners and job seekers in navigating self-employment through our Self-Employment Assistance Program.
This role involves working with participants exploring self-employment opportunities, as well as supporting existing small business owners to sustain their ventures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a balance of empathy and drive to achieve business outcomes. Strong customer service and administrative skills are essential, along with the ability to build successful relationships.
You should thrive in a collaborative, diverse team environment and have previous experience in customer service and administration, with sound computer literacy.
