Lead a team to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and clinics across Queensland.
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop a thorough understanding of customers' market positions.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the organization.
* Manage customer input and feedback for all projects.
* Build relationships through in-person visits and industry events.
* Increase awareness and create demand for medicinal cannabis products and services.
* Maintain a comprehensive customer database and stay up-to-date on the customer and medicinal cannabis markets.
* Create and implement strategic account plans.
* Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Commercial/Business/Marketing or related field.
* Pre-employment security and health screening.
Experience
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a demanding industry environment.
* Prior work experience in the Cannabis Industry or supporting process improvements or product innovations.
* Exceptional project management experience and interpersonal skills.
* Healthcare industry experience, particularly with new product launches or working with TGA Special Access/Authorized Prescriber Scheme products.
* Experience in customer/user market research and translation of research findings into actionable items.
