You will work closely with the Hotel General Manager and be supported by a wider Portfolio Sales Team, collaborating on strategic initiatives that drive business growth and elevate our market position.
What Your Work Day Will Look Like
* Develop successful business acquisition strategies for meetings, social events, corporate accommodation and Inbound business
* Provide quotations for meetings and events proposals covering venue, function, menu and accommodation costs ensuring revenue is maximized.
* Maintenance of conference & corporate database of key contacts/clients.
* Actively develop customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through fostering strong relationships
* Complete organisation of all major conference activity / events from confirmation to post-event follow-up in order to ensure client satisfaction
* Pro-actively manage a small account base with the target to drive new business from these accounts
