APG Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant based in Griffith.

Day-to-day duties may involve:

- Eligibility & Compliance Checks: Verify work eligibility and ensure compliance with visa and immigration requirements.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for both candidates and clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the employee database, track performance metrics, generate reports, and contribute to improving recruitment and employee management strategies.
- Interview Coordination: Organize interviews, including face-to-face and virtual interviews via Teams.
- Letter Writing & Reporting: Assist with report writing, letter preparation, and document handling.
- Induction Support: Help with the preparation of paperwork and support the onboarding/induction process for new hires.
- General Administrative Tasks: Answer phone calls, attend meetings, take minutes, manage scanning, printing, saving, filing, archiving documents, and field inquiries.

We hope you bring the following:

- Previous experience in administration.
- Excellent data entry, letter writing, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with a diverse range of cultures and personalities.
- A car and driver’s license are essential.
- Recruitment or HR experience will be highly regarded.

Although the role is casual, it offers full time hours.
