The Role
* Providing exceptional customer service by managing incoming and outgoing calls.
* Managing student data and performing data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Assisting learners through the enrolment process, including collecting paperwork and evidence required for successful admission.
* Supporting trainers with student enquiries to facilitate effective learning outcomes.
* Uploading content and resources to our Learning Management System to enhance student engagement.
* Ordering training resources for schools and trainers to meet their specific needs.
* Providing overall administration support to the training team to optimize operational efficiency.
About You
* We are looking for a candidate with RTO experience, although not essential.
* Proven business administration skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
* High attention to detail, with the ability to problem-solve and work independently.
* A high level of initiative, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
