Project Support Officer
We are seeking a dedicated Project Support Officer to contribute to the successful delivery of this important extension project. The extension project is a significant infrastructure initiative aimed at enhancing connectivity and accessibility in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain all project records accurately and ensure they are easily accessible.
* Assume the role of Document Controller, managing and overseeing all project documentation.
* Assist in preparing and coordinating project reports and meetings.
* Provide comprehensive business support to the project team.
* Arrange and take minutes for Steering Committee meetings.
* Perform other duties assigned by the Project Director and Project Manager.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
* Proficiency in records management practices and computerized records management systems.
* Strong written communication skills, including report preparation and various forms of correspondence.
* Experience in providing project administration support in various contexts.
* Familiarity with TRIM/Content Manager systems.
* Desirable:
* Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is highly desirable.
