You'll conceptualise and execute campaigns that bring TripADeal's mission to life while mentoring our talented designers to drive team success.
Organisational Structure
This role will be based primarily from our HQ in Byron Bay with ability to commute to our other TripADeal site on an as needed basis. This role also has the option to do a work location split; 3 days a week from our Varsity Lakes office and 2 days from our Byron Bay HQ. The position offers flexible working hours between 8:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm - you choose! As a 100% on-site business, a full time in-office presence is required in this role to foster connection, collaboration, and results.
A Day in the Life
* Champion our brand's visual identity across all marketing channels, creating compelling assets for digital, print, web, and social platforms that captivate our audience.
* Maintain and evolve the TripADeal brand guidelines in collaboration with the Creative & Content Manager, ensuring our visual language remains fresh, relevant, and consistently applied.
* Translate complex business objectives and stakeholder needs into elegant and effective design solutions, moving beyond pure aesthetics to solve core challenges.
* Leverage your expert knowledge of design software to optimise creative workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver pixel-perfect, high-quality output every time.
* Manage and curate our digital asset libraries, liaising with external partners to ensure all creative resources are current, compelling, and readily accessible to the team.
To be a Front Running Candidate
* 6 years of full-time experience in a studio, agency or in-house environment, consistently producing high-quality print, video, animation and digital collateral.
* 2 years experience managing a team of design creatives.
* A tertiary qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or a related discipline.
* Drives change in order to deliver continuous improvement to the business including ROI and cost savings.
* Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma with the ability to produce creative across a wide range of mediums including: print, digital, web, video, animation.
* Expert knowledge in all stages of print production including pre-press knowledge.
