About the role
Provide Field IT Services and Modern Workplace support to Treasury employees across global/regional locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project and Minor Initiative Support including assisting with various projects
* Providing IT support as needed for Production/Manufacturing/Viticulture
* Microsoft Intune Support and administration including Autopilot, Intune application deployments, Apple MDM
* Supporting and co-ordinating Microsoft Teams Rooms
* Implementation and administration for Cloud Uniflow FollowMe Print
* Asset Management for IT assets
* Service and Incident Management including actioning tickets across all field IT disciplines
About you
We're looking for an experienced and self-motivated professional with a strong background in customer service, supply chain and/or logistics. You'll bring your expertise to manage key accounts, ensure smooth operations, and drive efficiency within a fast-paced environment.
Essential knowledge & experience:
* 3-5+ years in desktop technologies with ITIL 4 Foundation or relevant experience
* Intune/Autopilot/Mac MDM combined with Global networking knowledge
* Microsoft Teams Rooms, ServiceNow, technical troubleshooting
* Proficiency across Windows 10/11, MS Server, Mac OS/iOS
* Excellent communication, accountability, and documentation skills
Preferred experience: Experience with Uniflow FollowMe printing, manufacturing support, IT certifications (MCSE, CompTIA, ITIL, M365)
