We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our busy Loss Adjusting team in our Specialty division.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the primary point of contact for all administrative tasks
* Efficiently and accurately enter data into Claims Management System
* Update claims management system as required
* Confidently navigate multiple internal systems and reference materials
* Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
* Answer incoming calls promptly and respond to client & insured queries via telephone and email
* Liaise with internal and external key stakeholders
* Archive files and retrieve files from archive on request
* Support the team through general administration and payments
