Customer Care Director

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for crisis intervention, employing de-escalation techniques to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
2. Investigate complex complaints received internally or externally, ensuring resolutions meet business and customer needs.
3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage and coordinate complex cases.
4. Utilize excellent communication skills to understand, articulate, and resolve intricate customer issues with precision and clarity.
