ChoiceOne is partnering with a leading community healthcare provider to recruit an experienced Clinical Nurse with Oncology expertise for a home-based oncology and haematology infusion role.

About the Role
In this position, you will:
* Deliver in-home oncology and haematology infusions, ensuring safe, high-quality care
* Work autonomously while supported by a specialist clinical team
* Conduct advanced clinical assessments and manage IV therapies
* Provide compassionate patient education and support, helping patients and families feel informed and confident in their care
* Contribute to best-practice, community-based healthcare delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
We are looking for a nurse who is clinically skilled, compassionate, and confident. You will have:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in oncology nursing
* Contemporary oncology nursing knowledge and skills
* Peripheral cannulation (essential)
* Proven experience with CVAD management and IV cannulation
* Ability to complete and maintain eviQ competencies
* ADAC competency
* Advanced clinical assessment skills
* Community-based nursing experience (highly regarded)
* Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
* Confidence using clinical IT systems
* Flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
* Current driver's licence with driving experience
* Current AHPRA registration
