This is a hands-on role, supporting both strategic and day-to-day safety operations.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and manage WHS risks across sites and ensure compliance with legislation and internal policiesConduct inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsLead incident investigations and implement corrective actionsDeliver safety training, inductions, and toolbox talksSupport emergency preparedness and crisis management planningMonitor contractor compliance and provide coaching where neededMaintain and improve WHS systems and documentationCollaborate with internal teams to address safety concernsProvide limited support with environmental and quality assurance mattersTravel to project sites regularly to provide on-the-ground supportTo Be Successful, You Will Have:5+ years' experience in WHS advisory roles, ideally within construction or renewable energyStrong working knowledge of WHS legislation and best practicesDemonstrated experience with site audits, investigations, and safety reportingStrong communication and coaching skillsAbility to build rapport with diverse site teams and contractorsWhite Card and willingness to travel as neededIf you’re passionate about safety and sustainability, we’d love to hear from you.If you are interested, please click Apply Now or call Sophia on 0405 859 519 for a confidential discussion.
