Support Operations Specialist Role Overview

Job Details
* Proficiency with CRM Systems, preferably Microsoft D365 or similar software
* Knowledge of ERP Systems, preferably Oracle or similar platforms
* Excellent MS Office skills
* Strong reporting and documentation abilities
* Understanding of local and international logistics processes
* Knowledge of sales processes and how sales operations function
* Office Administration experience
Key Responsibilities
1. Proposal Set-Up: Entry into CRM and setting up appropriate filing systems
2. End to End Order Processing: Handling sales orders, internal factory purchase orders, and issuing sales invoices to the finance team
3. Logistics: Verifying shipping documents and coordinating with internal logistics teams and customers
4. Customer Complaints: Working closely with the service team
5. Service Warranty: Registering in D365 monthly
6. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate customer records and sales data
7. Customer Support: Answering inquiries, providing after-sales support, and resolving issues
8. Communication: Coordinating with sales teams, other departments, and customers
Secondary Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management: Coordinating with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, supplies, and repairs
2. Health & Safety: Fire Warden, First Aid, H&S training, LIMS/Audit Report, monitoring HIT Tickets
3. Sustainability: CSR activities, emissions reporting, and coordinating with the UK team
4. Travel Arrangements and event planning
5. Coordinating trade show logistics
6. Providing general administrative support to managers and team members
7. Identifying and undertaking other duties to improve internal procedures and customer service
8. Complying with company policies and maintaining confidentiality
