Senior Project Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to deliver infrastructure and construction projects across Metro Melbourne. This role is suited to a highly driven professional who thrives in fast‑paced project environments and is confident leading engineering delivery across complex builds. As a key member of the project leadership team, you will oversee engineering delivery, drive project performance, and ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met across all phases of construction. Key Responsibilities
Lead engineering planning and execution on civil and infrastructure projects. Manage project budgets, schedules, and reporting to ensure timely delivery. Provide technical guidance to engineers and site teams. Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Support the development and mentoring of junior engineers. Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or related Engineering discipline. Minimum
6+ years’ experience
in project engineering within civil infrastructure. Demonstrated ability to lead teams on complex construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, standards, and legislation. Proven track record in budget, cost, and schedule management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Benefits
