We are seeking a motivated and results‐driven Insurance Broker to join our team on a full‐time basis, providing ongoing support across our broking operations and client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the management of a portfolio of clients across insurance, risk management, and program structures
* Prepare client documentation, reports, and invoices accurately and efficiently
* Assist with the lodgement and management of insurance claims
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Develop and nurture meaningful relationships with insurers and key business partners
* Identify changes in client risk profiles and provide appropriate insurance advice and solutions
* Contribute to delivering high-quality, tailored outcomes aligned with client needs
Skills & Experience
* Diploma in Insurance Broking (or higher qualification), or
* Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience, or
* At least 3 years of experience within the insurance or related financial services industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and organisational capability
* A proactive, client‐focused approach

* Full‐time position (38 hours per week)
* Competitive salary package of $80,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience
