To be considered for this position, the following are mandatory.
A current RSA, Mid range wine knowledge, Some cocktail knowledge, a minimum 2 years restaurant and cafe experience.
High standards of presentation, a bubbly personality and a willingness to learn, an ordered and methodical way of working.
You will be working across days and evenings including weekends, and this role would suit someone with some maturity, and a desire to grow their skill set and knowledge across the business. Working closely with the senior team, we commit to developing your skills and your knowledge, and will assist as you move forward with paid training opportunities.
Our team is small and tight knit, with little room for ego. We have a very flat structure so there are not layers of superiority. We need you, though, to hit the ground running.
